General Policies
Any order received will ship out immediately and should reach you in no more than three days. we ship ups.Hawaii,Puerto Rico,Alaska will incur additional charges but we never make any money on shipping. All Next Day Air Shipments will be adjusted to catual charge incurred.

Order Cancellation Policies
orders must be cancelled before the item ships. After it ships refer to return policies.
Warranties
all manufacturers warranties will be honored by the store at any time.
Return Policies
Returns-We will only accept back merchandise in un used condition in origional boxes.If you wish to return any purchase you must call and receive return authorization-email is not acceptable form of contact. Any unused items must be sent back in origional cartons and at the purchasers expense. There will be a 25% restocking fee plus the purchaser is responsible for all freight charges pertaining to the order. Damaged and or missing items- All damaged merchandise will be replaced. If parts are needed to complete order all parts will be shipped out asap at our expense. Defective merchandise-all defective merchandise is covered under manufactures warranty-call us and we will expedite the return and replacement free of charge.
